Montgomery County Historical Mural

This mural was commission by Montgomery County, Texas and designed by Mark Clapham~Illustrator of Conroe,Texas. This is a rare example of working cooperatively with other artists and county agencies to produce a mural for a specific public location. The mural measures 17ft x 65ft and spans Texas Highway 105 in downtown Conroe. It is on a pedestrian skywalk that connects the courthouse to other court buildings across the highway. This mural was painted with a product called Keim pigments.
